All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of ballistic protective equipment, armor products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exceptions

Returns may only be considered in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.

All return requests must be submitted to MW Armor for review and approval prior to returning any item.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.
