(1) If you are an end-user customer who bought product(s) directly from MW Inc. in Canada, you may return them to MW ARMOR up to 30 days after you receive them for an exchange or store credit of the product purchase price. As an exception we only offer one time free exchange (excluding shipping fee(s). Buyer are responsible for return shipping cost)
(2) If you are an end-user customer who bought SPECIAL DEAL products from MW INC., you may return them to MW within 14 days after the date of invoice for an exchange or store credit of the product purchase price. As an exception we only offer one time free exchange. (excluding shipping fee(s). Buyer are responsible for return shipping cost)
(3) If you are an end-user customer who pre-ordered out of stock item and wish to cancel order for refund, you will receive the refund with deduction of 25% from total amount paid as terminated order fee.
In either case, the refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise prohibited by law. If you are an organization that bought the products under a written agreement with MW INC., the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy.
To return products, you must contact us via email team@mwarmor.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (or simply file a return request on the website, available as an option under your login).
To expedite the process of your refund or credit, we expects you to return the products to MW INC. in their original packaging within five days of the date that MW INC. issues the Return Authorization Number. You must also prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Returned products must be in like- new condition, and all of the enclosures received with a product must be returned with it.
This “Total Satisfaction” Return Policy does not apply to items purchased from our online auctions or under promotional sale, including promo code purchases. For those items, please refer to the Special order returns division’s then-current return policy.

I’ve now tested and worn their IIIA and IV plates, along with the concealed vest and tactical vest. Every piece of equipment is perfect in every sense, no loose stitching, well designed, and comfortable. The plates have been shot at with 9MM, .556, and .308 and stood up to multiple shots at 10 M distance. I would outfit my own children in their gear if needed.
