Overview

At MW Armor, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of ballistic protective equipment, certain items are subject to strict return limitations.

Armor Products - Final Sale

All armor products are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hard armor plates (Level IIIA, Level IV)
  • Soft armor panels and vests
  • Plate carriers and tactical vests
  • All ballistic protective equipment

Due to the safety-critical nature of these products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.

We are unable to verify whether returned armor has been used, modified, damaged, or exposed to conditions that may affect its integrity.

For this reason, returned armor cannot be resold and returns are not permitted.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the defective item
  • Store credit

Refunds are not provided for armor products.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

Non-Armor Items

Non-protective items (such as apparel and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Refund where required under applicable law
